• • Your primary responsibility will be to lead immersive, hands-on workshops across North America, guiding clients through the intricacies of our platform. This involves facilitating technical modeling sessions where participants actively engage with the software, learning by doing. You will be instrumental in building lightweight starter models that vividly demonstrate the tangible decision-making impact and business value that Lyric's AI solutions can deliver.
• • A crucial aspect of this role is supporting both the onboarding of new clients and the pre-sales enablement process. You will work closely with sales and customer success teams to ensure prospective and existing customers understand the power and applicability of Lyric's AI capabilities, helping to drive adoption and success.

You will be responsible for integrating new AI capabilities and features into our enablement programs as they are developed, ensuring our clients always have access to the latest advancements.
