- • Senior Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI initiatives, ensuring projects are scoped, executed, and launched successfully while driving client expansion and long-term value.
- • Day-to-day activities include managing client relationships across C-suite, product, and engineering teams; defining workstreams and operating cadence; embedding with clients on-site; identifying and mitigating risks; translating between technical and business contexts; coaching engineers to act as independent consultants; improving team processes; and driving AI adoption within engagements.
- • Lazer Technologies Inc. is a remote-first digital product studio headquartered in Toronto with 180+ senior engineers and designers from top tech firms; the company builds products from $0 to $200M in revenue for clients including Google, Shopify, Coinbase, and more, emphasizing innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in enterprise delivery, strengthen client relationship management skills, master AI-enabled workflows to boost productivity, influence technical and business decision-making, and leave clients with improved processes and knowledge transfer that enable long-term operational effectiveness.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Deloitte, or equivalent) or enterprise technology services environment with proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end
- • Experience managing enterprise client relationships worth $1M+ and turning delivery into expanded engagements through opportunity identification and account growth
- • Comfort with on-site, periodic embedded engagement at client locations to build trust and drive outcomes from within the client’s environment
- • Daily use of AI tools to automate personal workflows such as status updates, reporting, and communications to focus on high-value relationships and decisions
- • Ability to work closely with engineers, understand system constraints, and translate technical execution into business outcomes and vice versa
