- • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of regional and digital demand generation programs that directly fuel ActiveCampaign’s next stage of hyper-growth. You will architect campaigns that span paid social, SEM, content syndication, webinars, email nurtures, and partner co-marketing to create a predictable, scalable pipeline across both sales-assisted and self-serve motions.
- • Design and launch integrated, full-funnel campaigns that map to every stage of the buyer journey—from anonymous visitor to closed-won logo—while continuously optimizing for MQL volume, SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact. Your dashboards will be the single source of truth for marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
- • Partner elbow-to-elbow with Sales, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Content, and Revenue Operations to ensure messaging, targeting, and follow-up are perfectly synchronized. You will run weekly pipeline councils, quarterly business reviews, and ad-hoc war rooms to keep every stakeholder aligned on goals, tactics, and results.
- • Expand ActiveCampaign’s digital footprint by identifying and testing new acquisition channels—ABM platforms, intent data providers, review sites, communities, and emerging ad networks—then rapidly scale the winners while sunsetting under-performers. You will manage agency and vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and hold partners accountable to aggressive ROI targets.
- • Build and refine lead-scoring models, nurture tracks, and lifecycle workflows that turn raw leads into sales-ready opportunities. You will collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to segment audiences, craft personalized journeys, and trigger sales plays that accelerate deal progression.
- • Create region-specific demand programs for the U.S. market that reflect local buyer personas, competitive dynamics, and seasonal buying patterns, while simultaneously developing globally scalable digital assets that can be localized for EMEA and APAC expansion.
- • Establish rigorous experimentation frameworks—A/B, multivariate, hold-out tests—to validate creative, offer, channel, and audience hypotheses. You will evangelize a culture of test-and-learn across the marketing org and institutionalize winning playbooks into repeatable processes.
- • Monitor real-time performance dashboards in Looker and Adobe Analytics, translating complex data into actionable insights for budget reallocation, creative optimization, and forecast adjustments. You will present findings to the C-suite and board, influencing multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
- • Mentor and up-level a high-performing demand gen team, setting clear OKRs, providing hands-on coaching, and fostering an environment where bold ideas and calculated risks are celebrated. You will also serve as the executive sponsor for cross-functional initiatives that break down silos and accelerate go-to-market velocity.
- • Champion ActiveCampaign’s AI-first value proposition by infusing machine-learning insights into targeting, personalization, and campaign orchestration—demonstrating to prospects exactly how our platform can unlock boundless marketing potential for their own businesses.
