đź“‹ Description
- • As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Parafin, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s enterprise B2B pipeline by generating high-quality marketing qualified leads and influencing key decision-makers across strategic target accounts. Your work will directly support Parafin’s mission to empower small businesses through seamless financial tools embedded in the platforms they already use, making your contributions essential to driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- • You will own the end-to-end design, execution, and optimization of demand generation initiatives, blending strategic account-based marketing (ABM) with data-driven paid media and high-touch engagement tactics. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and BizOps to align marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring that campaigns are not only creative and targeted but also measurable and accountable for pipeline impact.
- • Parafin is a mission-driven, Series C fintech company backed by top-tier investors and built by alumni from Stripe, Square, Plaid, Coinbase, and Robinhood. The marketing team operates at the intersection of innovation and accountability, where experimentation is encouraged, data informs decisions, and cross-functional partnership is key to unlocking growth in complex B2B sales cycles.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in B2B demand generation within the fintech and platform partnership space, sharpening your skills in ABM strategy, paid media optimization, executive-level engagement programs, and marketing-to-sales alignment. You’ll have the opportunity to build repeatable, scalable motions from the ground up while working alongside experienced leaders who value ownership, curiosity, and results.
- • Audience and segment development: Work from Sales’ target account list to map decision-makers, understand their pain points and buying triggers, and develop highly targeted account-based marketing programs that resonate with specific segments such as platform partners, enterprise merchants, or financial decision-makers.
- • Paid media ownership: Design, launch, and manage a channel-agnostic paid media strategy across platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and industry-specific networks, continuously testing new channels, optimizing budget allocation, and rigorously measuring performance to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
- • High-touch account programs: Lead the planning and execution of personalized, high-impact engagement tactics including executive dinners, roundtables, direct mail campaigns, and curated gifting initiatives designed to break through noise and build meaningful relationships with key accounts.
- • Performance analysis and reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track MQL velocity, pipeline contribution, channel effectiveness, and funnel conversion rates; proactively surface insights and trends to inform weekly marketing and sales syncs and quarterly planning.
- • Messaging and market feedback loop: Serve as a critical conduit between market response and sales field intelligence, translating customer feedback into refined positioning, developing talking points or one-pagers when needed, and ensuring marketing communications evolve based on real-world engagement.
- • Test-and-learn experimentation: Champion a culture of experimentation by proposing, designing, and measuring A/B tests across channels, audiences, and offers, rapidly iterating based on data to uncover scalable, repeatable demand generation motions.
- • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner regularly with Product to align messaging with new feature launches, with BizOps to ensure data integrity and attribution accuracy, and with Sales to co-create account plans and nurture sequences that accelerate deal velocity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven B2B demand generation experience with a demonstrable track record of generating marketing qualified leads and contributing to measurable pipeline growth, not just activity-based metrics.
- • Hands-on expertise in paid media management across B2B channels, including budget ownership, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization based on data-driven insights.
- • Strong analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and attribution models to measure funnel performance, forecast pipeline, and inform strategic decisions.
- • Demonstrated ability to think and operate in an account-based marketing (ABM) framework, including audience segmentation, personalized campaign design, and alignment with sales teams on target account strategies.
- • Self-directed, ownership-oriented work style: proven ability to identify opportunities, initiate projects independently, and drive initiatives forward without waiting for direction.
- • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform/marketplace business models is preferred, with familiarity in selling complex solutions to enterprise or mid-market audiences.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 annually, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role.
- • Equity grant as part of total compensation, offering direct ownership in Parafin’s mission and long-term success.
- • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, fully or partially covered by the company.
- • Unlimited paid time off (PTO) policy to support work-life balance and employee well-being.
- • Work-from-home flexibility and commuter benefits for employees who choose to work from the San Francisco office or hybrid arrangements.
- • Additional perks such as free lunches (in-office), paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, and employee assistance program (EAP) for mental health and wellness support.
