- • As the Senior Demand Generation Manager at Relayfi Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by designing and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies focused on acquiring high-value accounting and bookkeeping partners. Your work will directly impact revenue by transforming how Relay reaches, engages, and converts this critical audience through data-driven, scalable programs that align with the company’s mission to empower small business owners with financial clarity and control.
- • You will own the end-to-end partner channel acquisition strategy, including defining channel mix, nurture sequences, and conversion tactics tailored specifically to the accounting and bookkeeping segment. This involves developing highly resonant messaging and programming that speaks directly to the pain points and goals of financial professionals serving SMBs.
- • You will plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel lead acquisition campaigns across email, events, webinars, paid social, and account-based marketing (ABM) activations, ensuring alignment with product vision and ideal customer profile (ICP) while collaborating closely with Sales, RevOps, Events, and Community teams to maximize impact.
- • You will partner with Sales and RevOps to build, refine, and optimize a seamless lead handoff process, using conversion data and feedback to improve funnel efficiency, define MQL/SQL criteria, and track performance against key revenue targets.
- • You will collaborate with the Events and Community teams to amplify awareness of Relay’s partner program, leverage existing partner materials, and expand reach within the accounting and bookkeeping ecosystem through co-branded initiatives and educational content.
- • You will use data not just to report on results, but to interrogate the funnel, test hypotheses, and continuously refine strategy—asking critical questions about lead quality, conversion velocity, and ROI to drive measurable improvements in pipeline and revenue contribution.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B demand generation, with a track record of owning full-funnel programs and outcomes—not just contributing to them
- • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to build productive, results-driven relationships that improve lead quality and funnel efficiency
- • Comfortable building demand generation strategies and infrastructure from scratch, without relying on existing playbooks or established processes
- • Skilled in using data to shape strategy—actively questioning funnel performance, testing hypotheses, and optimizing based on insights rather than just reporting on metrics
- • Strong communicator and collaborator who can effectively align marketing, sales, and operations teams around shared goals and translate strategy into executable plans
