  • • As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Replit, you will be the architect of the company's B2B marketing engine, responsible for designing and scaling enterprise-focused demand generation strategies that directly fuel pipeline and revenue growth. This role is critical to Replit’s mission of democratizing software development, as you will translate the platform’s viral PLG success into sustainable B2B enterprise adoption by building repeatable, data-driven campaigns that engage high-value accounts across the buyer journey.
  • • You will own end-to-end B2B campaign strategy and pipeline accountability, including forecasting enterprise pipeline targets in partnership with finance and business leadership, building lead scoring and funnel definitions with RevOps, and presenting performance insights in monthly and quarterly business reviews. Your work will ensure marketing efforts are tightly aligned with sales objectives and measurable in terms of pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • • You will build enterprise campaign playbooks from the ground up, designing and launching account-based marketing (ABM) strategies that target high-value enterprise accounts through precise account selection, multi-touch engagement sequencing, and integrated campaign execution across content syndication, webinars, and field marketing. You will develop stage-specific content and creative strategies that guide prospects from awareness to closed-won, ensuring every touchpoint is optimized for conversion and pipeline quality.
  • • You will drive creative direction and relentless optimization by collaborating with Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to produce high-performing assets, establishing a rigorous testing culture for messaging, creative formats, CTAs, and landing pages, and partnering with paid media and data teams to ensure campaigns are continuously measured, tested, and refined based on performance data.
  • • You will execute cross-functionally to drive alignment across Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Content, Design, Sales Enablement, Field Marketing, and Analytics teams, defining ideal customer profiles, optimizing lead handoff processes, and mobilizing internal and external resources to deliver integrated campaigns that reflect a unified go-to-market strategy.
  • • You will leverage Replit’s unique PLG-to-Sales motion by identifying expansion signals from the platform’s millions of individual users, partnering with Product and Analytics to instrument product-qualified lead (PQL) scoring and routing, and building nurture programs that convert individual adopters into qualified enterprise opportunities — turning organic usage into predictable pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years of B2B and B2C demand generation experience, with at least 5 years focused on B2B SaaS and enterprise customer acquisition
  • • Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation programs that directly contributed to pipeline and demonstrated measurable ROI
  • • Deep expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), including account selection, multi-channel orchestration, engagement measurement, and creative direction for enterprise campaigns
  • • Hands-on strategic experience with marketing technology stacks such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and Demandbase
  • • Strong analytical skills with a focus on experimentation — ability to connect data from disparate sources, design and interpret tests, and continuously optimize performance based on results
