- • Own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of no more than seven SMB clients in the SaaS marketplace.
- • Drive measurable revenue outcomes through integrated campaigns across Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- • Serve as the primary client liaison, building trusted relationships with point-of-contact stakeholders through confident, empathetic, and professional communication.
- • Pitch data-driven marketing strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and consistently exceeding performance expectations.
- • Project manage all client deliverables with precision, ensuring timelines are met and budgets are adhered to or exceeded in efficiency.
- • Apply deep technical knowledge of B2B demand generation tactics tailored specifically to technology companies.
- • Leverage a T-shaped marketing skill set with specialized expertise in performance marketing and broad understanding of complementary disciplines like content, PR, and lifecycle marketing.
- • Utilize Directive’s proprietary methodology, DiscoverabilityOS™, to align brand messaging with demand generation across every customer decision point.
- • Stay ahead of industry trends by actively researching and integrating emerging tools, including AI and automation, to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
- • Maintain a high standard of accountability as an individual contributor, where success is directly tied to client results and retention.
- • Collaborate virtually with internal teams across Performance, Communications, and Commerce divisions to ensure intelligence sharing and cohesive client outcomes.
- • Operate 100% remotely from a home office with reliable internet access, using Zoom, Slack, and standard productivity software platforms.
- • Maintain professional conduct during virtual client meetings and internal collaborations, including clear interpretation of written and verbal communication.
- • Travel as required for client meetings, team events, or company retreats.
- • Adhere to company policies regarding work authorization and permanent residency in Canada, as this role is restricted to remote work within Canada.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in agency-side marketing
- • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing
- • Deep expertise in SaaS marketplace demand generation across Paid Media, SEO, and CRO
- • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results as an individual contributor
- • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and under budget
- • Availability to travel for client and company events
