  • • This specific role, internally designated as Demand Generation Manager, is a pivotal part of our strategic expansion. We are committed to offering a compelling and competitive new demand generation service to our valued clients. In this capacity, you will be entrusted with the direct management of a focused portfolio, working closely with no more than seven accounts at any given time. Your primary responsibility will be the holistic performance marketing success of these clients.
  • • The ideal candidate is a profoundly skilled T-Shaped Marketer, demonstrating deep and broad expertise across the SaaS marketplace. This includes a strong command of Paid Media, SEO, and CRO strategies and execution. A critical component of this role extends beyond campaign execution; you will be expected to actively interface with clients, confidently pitch strategic recommendations, and consistently ensure that performance not only meets but exceeds expectations.

  • • You will be responsible for the meticulous project management and organization of your assigned accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Building strong, collaborative relationships with your client's primary points of contact will be essential for fostering trust and driving mutual success.
  • • A deep technical understanding of marketing strategy, Paid Media execution (including platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, technical), and CRO principles (A/B testing, user experience optimization, funnel analysis) specifically within the tech and SaaS sectors is paramount.
  • • A strong background and proven experience within the SaaS industry is highly preferred, as it will enable you to quickly understand client challenges and tailor strategies effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience, with a focus on B2B or SaaS clients.
  • • 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of key metrics and optimization techniques.
  • • Proven expertise as a T-shaped marketer with deep knowledge in Paid Media, SEO, and CRO, coupled with a strategic mindset.
  • • Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and build rapport with stakeholders.
