  • • Own end-to-end demand and supply planning for device programs, including procurement forecasting, repair/remanufacturing planning, and planning data integrity across all clients and CPO solutions.
  • • Develop and maintain accurate device demand, supply, and procurement forecasts in collaboration with actuarial teams to refine claims forecasts and improve overall forecast accuracy.
  • • Produce repair and remanufacturing candidate forecasts to support service programs and ensure alignment with operational capacity and service level goals.
  • • Contribute to financial re-forecasting efforts by providing device mix assumptions, tracking variances, and delivering biweekly updates to finance stakeholders.
  • • Manage and maintain critical planning data assets including inventory levels, work-in-progress (WIP), open purchase orders, device lifecycle status, and migration matrices.
  • • Deliver regular reporting on inventory status, planning performance metrics, and supply chain impacts to forecasting and financial teams.
  • • Own the accuracy, performance, and continuous improvement of planning tools and systems, ensuring reliability and alignment with business needs.
  • • Support system enhancements, migrations, and integrations, particularly with order management systems and enterprise planning platforms.
  • • Monitor end-to-end planning workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline operations.
  • • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
  • • Develop and maintain documentation, governance standards, control frameworks, audit trails, and escalation paths for planning data and systems.
  • • Ensure business continuity, security compliance, and operational standards are upheld across all planning activities.
  • • Support client-specific procurement projections and operational planning requirements tailored to individual client needs.
  • • Develop training materials and enable adoption of planning tools across cross-functional teams to drive consistency and proficiency.
  • • Establish and monitor control frameworks, conduct audits, and define escalation protocols to safeguard planning data quality and system integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
  • • 10+ years of supply chain planning, forecasting, or operations experience
  • • Advanced SQL and Excel skills (data modeling, analysis, reporting)
  • • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and manage competing priorities
