- • As a Senior Developer on the Authentication Experience team at 1Password, you will work on the first point of entry into the 1Password apps, focusing on creating a seamless and delightful sign-in and unlocking experience for both consumer and business users by integrating tightly with the authentication stack.
- • Day to day, you will lead the development, testing, and debugging of production software systems for new and existing features, mentor junior developers, drive technical design and implementation of performance, accessibility, reliability, and scalability improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with user needs, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure uninterrupted support.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software development experience with a full stack focus including TypeScript/React and exposure to Rust and/or Go
- • 2+ years of experience working in the authentication and identity domain
- • Hands-on experience with authentication standards and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML, WebAuthn, passkeys, and MFA
- • Passion for software development best practices, coding standards, and design patterns
- • Proven experience implementing testing methodologies and debugging techniques to ensure high-quality code
- • Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners
