- • Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale Azure cloud infrastructure to enable reliable, scalable, and secure cloud-based platforms.
- • Lead cloud modernization and platform engineering initiatives across health technology applications.
- • Monitor production, staging, test, and development environments for multiple applications in an agile, dynamic organization.
- • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing applications on Azure and Kubernetes.
- • Assess application requirements (performance, security, scalability) and recommend optimal cloud services and architecture topologies.
- • Deploy and support applications on Kubernetes-based environments with emphasis on reliability and performance.
- • Develop monitoring and alerting tools for high-performance, low-latency applications to ensure operational excellence.
- • Troubleshoot complex issues spanning application, network, system, and performance layers across cloud environments.
- • Lead, coach, and manage a team of junior DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to coordinate dependencies and communicate blockers.
- • Transform legacy applications into cloud-native architectures using best practices and modern DevOps methodologies.
- • Utilize GitHub for enterprise repository management, including branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews, and CI/CD integration.
- • Leverage Jira to manage tasks, track sprint work, document technical activities, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering, security, QA, and operations teams.
- • Ensure compliance with data security standards for cloud-based applications handling sensitive drug discount data.
- • Maintain deep understanding of cloud networking concepts and apply them to secure and optimize infrastructure.
- • Work effectively across time zones to collaborate with US-based teams during overlapping business hours with clear, consistent communication.
- • Remain self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented in fast-paced, high-stakes projects supporting critical business outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
- • Extensive experience managing cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure
- • Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templating tools
- • Demonstrated expertise in building CI/CD pipelines on Azure with GitHub integration
- • Extensive experience deploying and supporting applications on Kubernetes
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
