Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the reliability, scalability, and security of Feegow’s cloud-native healthcare platform, serving thousands of clinics and millions of patients across Brazil and Latin America. You will architect, build, and automate the infrastructure that underpins appointment scheduling, electronic medical records, billing, and telemedicine services—directly impacting the quality and speed of care delivered every day.
- • Design and evolve a multi-region, highly-available AWS environment (EKS, RDS, MSK, S3, CloudFront, WAF) using Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and ArgoCD. You’ll codify every layer—from VPC topology to Kubernetes manifests—so that environments can be spun up, torn down, or replicated in minutes, not days.
- • Champion a GitOps culture: build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Argo Workflows, Helm, Kustomize) that enable squads to ship features multiple times per day with zero-downtime blue/green or canary releases. You’ll add automated quality gates (unit, integration, security, performance) so that “done” means “running safely in production.”
- • Establish and continuously refine observability standards using Datadog (metrics, logs, traces, RUM, synthetics). You’ll define SLIs/SLOs for latency, error rate, and saturation; create actionable dashboards; and tune intelligent alerts that wake the right person only when it matters.
- • Lead incident response and post-mortems for high-severity outages. You’ll build runbooks, game-day drills, and chaos-engineering experiments that harden the platform and reduce MTTR from hours to minutes, while fostering a blameless culture of learning.
- • Drive the DevSecOps agenda: embed security scanning (SAST, DAST, container image, dependency) into every pull request, enforce least-privilege IAM policies, rotate secrets automatically with AWS Secrets Manager & SSM, and ensure PCI-DSS and LGPD compliance across all workloads.
- • Partner with engineering squads, product managers, and data scientists to translate business goals into resilient technical designs. You’ll advise on microservice boundaries, data pipelines, autoscaling policies, and cost-optimization levers—turning performance budgets into architectural decisions.
- • Mentor mid-level engineers and SREs through pair programming, brown-bag sessions, and internal guilds. Your reusable Terraform modules, Helm charts, and documentation will become the golden paths that accelerate every team’s journey to production.
- • Contribute to Feegow’s strategic roadmap for global expansion. You’ll pilot multi-account landing zones, cross-region disaster recovery, and edge-compute patterns that will allow Doctoralia’s European platform and Feegow’s Brazilian stack to converge into a single, unified global PMS platform.
- • Automate toil away: write Python, Go, or Bash utilities that replace manual clicks, generate cost reports, clean up orphaned resources, and auto-patch AMIs and container base images—freeing the team to focus on features that delight patients and practitioners.
