- • **What You’ll Do Day-to-Day**
- • **Own the Multi-Channel Acquisition Strategy**: Lead the end-to-end paid search function and broader digital acquisition strategy across paid and organic channels to meet pipeline and self-serve growth targets. Your work will directly impact revenue generation and customer acquisition cost (CAC) efficiency, ensuring marketing investments translate into tangible business outcomes.
- • **Mentor and Develop a High-Performing Team**: Act as a player-coach, guiding a team of paid and organic marketers while maintaining hands-on involvement in critical channels. Oversee external agency partners to ensure alignment with Mews’ growth objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation.
- • **Manage Budget and Forecasting with Precision**: Take ownership of the acquisition budget, forecasting, and channel performance governance to meet CAC payback and growth targets. Use data-driven insights to allocate resources effectively, balancing short-term wins with long-term scalability.
- • **Design and Execute Structured Experimentation**: Develop a robust experimentation roadmap across creative assets, landing pages, targeting strategies, and channel mix. Increase the velocity of learning cycles to identify what works, optimize campaigns in real-time, and scale successful initiatives.
- • **Diagnose Funnel Performance and Uncover Growth Opportunities**: Dive deep into funnel analytics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and untapped opportunities. Use your analytical prowess to make data-backed investment decisions across channels, audiences, and regions, ensuring every dollar spent drives maximum impact.
- • **Collaborate Cross-Functionally to Drive Integrated Performance**: Work closely with Sales, Product, Creative, Data, and Revenue Operations teams to align priorities, support product launches, and execute integrated performance programs.
