- • **Transform the Future of Hospitality Technology**: As a Senior Digital Acquisition Manager at Mews, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital growth strategy of a $2.5 billion Hotel Tech unicorn. This role is critical in driving pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven acquisition strategies, ensuring marketing investments translate into tangible business outcomes.
- • **Strategic Leadership and Hands-On Execution**: Day-to-day, you will lead the multi-channel acquisition strategy, with a strong focus on Paid Search as a core lever. Your responsibilities will include owning the end-to-end acquisition strategy—from budget planning, forecasting, and execution to optimization and performance governance. You will design and implement structured experimentation across ads, landing pages, targeting, and channel mix to continuously improve efficiency and scale. Additionally, you will mentor and develop a team of paid and organic marketers while overseeing external agency partners to ensure alignment with business goals.
- • **Data-Driven Decision Making**: You will diagnose funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven investment decisions across channels, audiences, and regions. This involves analyzing key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), payback periods, and pipeline targets to ensure marketing efforts are both effective and efficient. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Creative, and Data teams, to align priorities, support product launches, and drive integrated performance programs.
- • **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**: A significant part of your role will involve partnering with senior stakeholders to communicate acquisition insights, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations. You will enable informed decision-making by translating complex data into actionable strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are closely aligned with broader business objectives. Your ability to influence and guide stakeholders will be key to driving growth and scalability.
