Senior Digital Assets Product Manager - Global Markets Division

📋 Description

• • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of cutting-edge digital-asset products within OCBC’s award-winning Global Markets division, translating high-level strategy into market-ready tokenisation, custody, and digital-money solutions that will be used by institutional and private-banking clients across Asia.
• • Drive rigorous product discovery by benchmarking global best practices, analysing on-chain data, interviewing traders, treasurers, and technologists, and distilling findings into crisp user stories, business cases, and PRDs that secure funding and regulatory buy-in.
• • Orchestrate complex, cross-functional delivery squads spanning Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Legal, and Finance; maintain living road-maps, RAID logs, and sprint dashboards in Confluence/Jira that keep 30+ stakeholders aligned on scope, budget, and timelines.
• • Translate regulatory guidance from MAS, BIS, and industry working groups into actionable control frameworks, ensuring every smart-contract parameter, custody workflow, and settlement rule meets OCBC’s Aa1-rated risk appetite and emerging digital-asset regulations.
• • Lead user-acceptance testing across blockchain platforms (Ethereum, Polygon, private permissioned chains) and custody providers, validating key management, atomic settlement, and reconciliation logic; own the go/no-go decision for each release.
• • Design scalable operating procedures and training curricula that enable 24/7 treasury desks and client-facing teams to onboard, trade, and service tokenised bonds, stablecoins, and digital funds with zero-defect execution from day one.
• • Monitor post-launch KPIs—trade volume, wallet growth, settlement latency, error rates—and run fortnightly retros to prioritise backlog items that enhance performance, automate manual steps, and elevate Net Promoter Score.
• • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with external blockchain infrastructure providers, digital custodians, and fintechs; negotiate SLAs, security audits, and co-innovation pilots that accelerate time-to-market while protecting OCBC’s brand.
• • Prepare board-level and regulatory committee materials, distilling complex technical concepts into concise risk-reward narratives that demonstrate how each digital-asset initiative advances OCBC’s ambition to be Asia’s leading sustainable finance partner.
• • Champion a culture of continuous learning by curating market intelligence reports, hosting brown-bag sessions on DeFi trends, and mentoring junior product analysts to expand the team’s collective expertise in token economics and distributed-ledger technology.
