📋 Description

• • As an Insurance Litigation Attorney with CSAA Insurance Group, you will independently manage a diverse inventory of litigated and non-litigated files while advising and mentoring junior attorneys, playing a critical role in defending the company and its members in personal injury and insurance-related litigation.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting all phases of personal injury litigation—from discovery and pleadings to jury trials, motions, arbitration, and settlement conferences—while collaborating closely with claims specialists and providing independent legal analysis and judgment on complex matters.
