📋 Description
- • As Vice President of Go-to-Market Operations at HackerOne, you will architect an AI-native revenue operating model that transforms how the company drives predictable growth and productivity in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
- • You will design and implement AI-driven workflows across pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and customer lifecycle orchestration while modernizing the GTM tech stack for scalability and automation.
- • Partnering with Finance, Product, and Revenue leadership, you will translate corporate strategy into measurable GTM execution plans, design incentive structures, and align resources to revenue efficiency targets.
- • You will elevate Revenue Operations into a forward-looking intelligence engine by building predictive forecasting models, executive dashboards, and leading indicators for growth, churn, and expansion opportunities.
- • Leading cross-functional enablement, you will ensure sales methodologies are reinforced through analytics and coaching tools, and develop performance scorecards that empower frontline leaders with actionable insights.
