- • As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at PartsBase Inc., you will own and execute the company’s digital demand generation strategy across the full customer lifecycle, directly contributing to pipeline, revenue, and brand leadership in the global aviation marketplace. This role is critical to scaling PartsBase’s market presence by translating business objectives into data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that engage aviation industry decision-makers worldwide.
- • You will design, launch, and continuously optimize integrated digital campaigns across email, paid media, social, content, and marketing automation, ensuring alignment with buyer personas and funnel stages while driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact through rigorous testing, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- • You will partner closely with Sales, Product, RevOps, and Executive Leadership as a strategic marketing voice, providing data-backed recommendations, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring digital initiatives support GTM priorities in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
- • You will architect and optimize sophisticated email nurture programs using HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp, leveraging CRM segmentation and behavioral triggers to deliver personalized, lifecycle-focused campaigns tailored to complex B2B buying cycles in the aviation industry.
- • You will lead paid media strategy across search, social, and retargeting channels, owning budget allocation, performance analysis, and ongoing optimization with a relentless focus on ROI, CAC reduction, and pipeline contribution from high-intent aviation professionals.
- • You will define and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, amplifying brand authority and engagement while overseeing organic and automated outreach via tools like MeetAlfred to expand reach within the global aviation community.
- • You will establish testing and optimization frameworks using A/B testing, behavioral analytics (e.g., Hotjar, Optimizely), and experimentation to uncover insights, build dashboards tying marketing activity to business outcomes, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- • You will operate as a T-shaped marketer with deep expertise in core performance areas and broad channel fluency, independently managing timelines, leading projects, and driving continuous improvement in a fully remote, team-focused culture that values innovation and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of progressive digital marketing experience with demonstrated ownership of multi-channel, full-funnel strategies

- • Proven experience managing CRM segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and experimentation frameworks
- • Strong background in paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization
