  • • Directive Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. This is a future opening, indicating an opportunity to be part of our expansion and shape our new demand generation offering. As a performance marketing agency specializing in B2B companies, we are dedicated to driving tangible results for our clients through our proprietary Customer Generation methodology. Unlike traditional approaches that focus on vanity metrics, we prioritize the generation of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual customers, ensuring our clients achieve their growth objectives consistently.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a select portfolio of no more than seven SMB clients. Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end performance marketing success for these accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. This position demands a unique blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, exceptional client management skills, and a relentless focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • • The ideal candidate is a profoundly T-shaped marketer with extensive experience in the SaaS marketplace. This means possessing deep, hands-on expertise across Paid Media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You will not only be responsible for the tactical execution of campaigns but also for client-facing interactions, including pitching strategic roadmaps, presenting performance reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to exceed client expectations and targets.
  • • We are looking for an individual contributor who thrives on owning client success and takes immense pride in the achievements of their client portfolio. Your success in this role hinges on your ability to excel in four key areas: marketing strategy development, campaign execution, client communication, and project management. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, building strong, collaborative relationships based on trust, transparency, and a shared commitment to achieving ambitious goals.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and tactical activities. You will be tasked with developing bespoke, data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs and objectives of each SMB client. This includes conducting in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign planning. You will oversee the implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation. Furthermore, you will guide SEO and content strategies to enhance organic visibility and drive qualified traffic, and implement CRO initiatives to improve website performance and conversion rates.
  • • Beyond execution, a significant aspect of this role involves client relationship management. You will need to communicate complex strategies and performance data in a clear, concise, and compelling manner. Building rapport and trust with your client's point of contact is paramount, fostering long-term partnerships. You will be expected to proactively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope. This requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2+ years of agency-side marketing experience, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
