This pivotal role involves guiding clients through the intricate process of designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing their modern digital ecosystems. The ideal candidate will possess a potent blend of strategic consulting acumen and practical, hands-on expertise, particularly within the Microsoft Power Platform and advanced AI prompting techniques. A key facet of this position is the ability to effectively engage with and influence C-level stakeholders, demonstrating a clear understanding of their strategic objectives and translating them into tangible digital solutions.
• • As a Senior Digital Strategy Consultant, you will be instrumental in leading comprehensive digital strategy assessments, developing robust roadmaps, and driving end-to-end digital transformation projects for our enterprise clients. This involves a deep dive into their existing business models, operational workflows, and current processes to pinpoint critical areas ripe for digital enhancement and to recommend actionable, innovative solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-level executives and senior management, providing expert guidance on evolving digital operating models, the strategic adoption of automation technologies, the integration of Artificial Intelligence, and the modernization of their technology stacks.
• • A significant part of your responsibility will be to construct compelling business cases, develop sophisticated ROI models, define realistic transformation timelines, and craft executive-level presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition and strategic direction. You will also be expected to leverage your hands-on expertise to design, implement, and optimize solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. This includes building sophisticated automation workflows, developing custom applications, establishing seamless integrations between systems, and creating bespoke digital tools precisely tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• • Ensuring the successful and sustainable deployment of these solutions is paramount. You will be responsible for establishing strong governance frameworks, promoting best practices in development and deployment, ensuring the scalability of solutions to meet future demands, and maintaining compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations across all Power Platform implementations. Furthermore, you will actively support clients throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from initial adoption and user training to ongoing documentation and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of digital proficiency within their organizations.
• • A forward-thinking approach to AI is crucial. You will be tasked with designing advanced prompting strategies for GPT-based and other Large Language Model (LLM) tools to significantly enhance and optimize business workflows. This involves creating and refining AI-driven solutions such as intelligent chatbots, virtual copilots, automated knowledge management systems, and productivity-enhancing tools. You will also play a key role in training client teams on the most effective prompting techniques, promoting responsible and ethical AI usage, and enabling a broader digital mindset shift within their workforce.
