To further strengthen our UniQue team, we are actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Functional Business Analyst. - • As a Functional Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in producing comprehensive documentation of business requirements. This involves meticulously gathering, analyzing, and articulating the needs of various stakeholders, translating them into clear, actionable specifications that guide development teams.
- • You will conduct in-depth analysis of existing business models and operational processes. This deep dive allows for the identification of inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation. Your insights will be crucial in shaping more effective and streamlined workflows.
- • A key responsibility will be to develop and refine business process models. Utilizing industry-standard methodologies and tools, you will map out current processes and design future-state models that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- • You will actively support the preparation of critical project initiation documents, including Business Cases, Vision Statements, and Project Charters. Your analytical contributions will ensure these foundational documents are robust, well-reasoned, and set projects up for success.
- • Participation in business process modeling sessions is essential. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to visually represent and analyze business processes, fostering a shared understanding and driving consensus on optimal approaches.
- • You will contribute significantly to technical working groups, status meetings, and user discussions. This involves providing expert input, facilitating communication, and ensuring that business requirements are accurately understood and addressed by technical teams.
- • A core function of this role is to analyze both functional and non-functional requirements, alongside supporting business cases. This ensures that proposed solutions are not only feature-rich but also meet critical performance, security, and usability standards.
- • You will provide crucial support throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This includes testing phases (supporting test case development and execution), detailed analysis activities, technical documentation creation, deployment oversight, project evaluation, and final reporting.
- • Close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams is paramount. You will act as a key liaison, ensuring clear communication channels, managing expectations, and fostering strong working relationships to achieve project goals.
- • You will engage actively in functional and cross-functional workshops, review sessions, and stakeholder meetings. Your ability to facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and drive decisions will be vital for project momentum.
- • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and challenges, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- • You will be responsible for ensuring that the solutions developed meet the defined business objectives and deliver tangible benefits to the organization.

- • Your analytical skills will be leveraged to assess the impact of proposed changes on existing business processes and systems.
- • You will be a champion for user-centric design, ensuring that the end-user experience is a primary consideration throughout the development lifecycle.
- • You will participate in post-implementation reviews to gather feedback and identify lessons learned for future projects.

🎯 Requirements
- • Master’s degree in a relevant field with 13 years of professional IT experience, OR a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 17 years of professional IT experience.
- • Prior experience in the banking sector, with a strong emphasis on resolution activities.
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile software development environment.
- • At least 2 years of experience in the architecture, design, and development of information systems.
- • Proven ability to prepare high-quality business analysis documentation and user stories.
- • Excellent critical thinking skills, utilizing logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
