- • The Senior Director, Access Experience Team leads strategic initiatives for Precision AQ, LLC, a top payer marketing agency partnering with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to improve medicine accessibility and affordability by demonstrating economic, clinical, and societal value to payers, providers, patients, and policymakers.
- • Day to day, the role involves providing healthcare expertise for client project strategy and execution, representing the Access Experience Team to clients, leading payer strategy work, supporting cross-functional matrix teams, contributing segment strategy for prelaunch and existing brands, assisting in new business development through research and proposals, delivering education and training, conducting advisor interviews, preparing client workshops and competitive simulations (including role-playing as payers), reviewing market trends in drug coverage, prioritizing deliverables across multiple clients, representing Precision at industry meetings, assisting in budget planning, and creating training materials on managed market topics.
- • The team operates within Precision AQ’s Market Access Marketing division, working closely with leadership, account teams, and pharmaceutical clients to support strategic initiatives through a matrixed structure, with travel up to 50% required for client engagement and industry events.
- • The person in this role can develop deep expertise in payer strategy and market access, lead high-impact client engagements, influence brand lifecycle planning for specialty pharmaceuticals, build executive presence through presentations and workshops, and advance leadership capabilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on improving patient access to innovative treatments.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, or life sciences (Doctorate highly preferred)
- • Minimum 10 years of experience in a medical or pharmacy management role at a payer organization, health system, integrated delivery system, or comparable experience
- • Ability to develop client-facing materials using PowerPoint and Excel
- • Ability to interpret customer needs and oversee production of relevant materials
- • Capable of presenting information to groups via live presentation or teleconference
- • Able to work with web conferencing systems and Microsoft Outlook
- • Able to interpret and understand outputs of analytic and economic models
- • Able to work independently or within a team setting
- • Able to manage multiple projects with competing timelines
