- • Senior leadership role responsible for the overall commercial performance of the Allure business, driving sales strategy, execution, and profitability while aligning with North America Eyewear objectives.
- • Develops and executes the Allure strategic and operating plan in partnership with the North America Eyewear leader, with a strong focus on retail customer performance and growth.
- • Maintains full responsibility for the Allure P&L, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA performance, and leads a team of regional sales leaders, account managers, key account managers, inside sales leaders, and sales representatives supporting retail and wholesale channels.
- • Provides general management leadership for the Allure business, ensuring strategy execution, financial performance, operational results, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product, Sales Enablement, Supply Chain, Finance, Distribution, and Customer Service.
- • Owns major retail customer relationships, ensuring alignment on assortment, pricing, service levels, and execution standards, while leveraging Salesforce CRM and analytics tools to monitor performance, forecast trends, manage pipeline health, and identify growth opportunities.
- • Builds and sustains a high-performance culture focused on accountability, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement, overseeing inside sales functions including staffing, pipeline management, outbound/inbound sales activity, call cadence, conversion metrics, and support of retail account strategies.
- • Establishes and monitors sales KPIs such as call volume, quote activity, close rates, average order value, and retail customer performance metrics, ensuring alignment with overall sales and profitability targets.
- • Stays ahead of industry, retail, and competitive trends to inform Allure’s commercial and brand strategy, and develops and executes sales and business strategies tailored to retail customer requirements, timelines, and operating models.
- • Monitors and reviews sales performance including goal attainment, margins, customer satisfaction, territory coverage, and retail execution effectiveness, and identifies, evaluates, and implements sales training, tools, and processes in partnership with Sales Enablement.
- • Develops and manages the Sales Department’s annual budget, oversees Actual vs. Budgeted performance, provides accurate forecasts and insights for monthly and quarterly planning, and analyzes sales results to adjust strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets while managing customer concentration risk.
- • Oversees the development, production, and deployment of marketing and sales materials aligned to retailer needs and brand standards, and assists in developing tools and processes that improve efficiency, scalability, and risk management across the business.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; minimum of 3 additional years of experience related to the functional area.
- • Minimum of 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of direct reports.
- • Demonstrated excellence in building effective sales teams.
- • Experience developing and managing budgeted and actual P&L.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- • Proven analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and negotiation skills.
