  • This role is deeply embedded within Gartner’s Marketing & Communications Tech Marketing practice, with a specific focus on guiding Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) and their teams through the transformative landscape of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in marketing.
  • You will be instrumental in helping marketing leaders navigate the complexities of AI leadership and strategy, including the adoption of AI technologies, optimization of marketing workflows, and ensuring organizational readiness for AI-driven transformations.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve advising on the strategic implementation and operational models for AI and agentic AI within marketing functions, ensuring responsible, ethical, and business-aligned adoption.

  • Crafting clear, concise, and impactful written content that translates complex concepts into practical guidance will be a core part of your responsibilities.
  • You will develop and deliver compelling presentations for webinars, client-facing Gartner events, and other forums, showcasing your thought leadership and research findings.

  • Building and maintaining credibility as a recognized industry expert is paramount, enabling you to represent Gartner's research, methodology, and strategic insights with authority.
