📋 Description
- • The Director of Platform Delivery & Operations is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery, optimization, and operational performance of enterprise healthcare platforms, with a primary focus on the Epic EHR ecosystem.
- • This includes oversight of application delivery, PMO functions, user security, testing, and integration services.
- • The role ensures stable, secure, and scalable platform operations while driving strategic initiatives that improve clinical outcomes, enhance patient and caregiver experience, and optimize operational efficiency.
- • The leader partners closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to align technology delivery with enterprise priorities in a complex care delivery environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree
- • Management/Supervisory (5 Years), Progressively Responsible Professional Work Directing, Leading And/Or Managing Computer And Information Systems (10 Years)
- • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems
