  • • Lead the strategic development and expansion of new business opportunities across retail, CPG, sports, and media verticals to drive revenue growth for Apply Digital Corporation.
  • • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-value partnerships with enterprise brands seeking AI-native Agentic Customer Experience (ACx) solutions to transform their customer engagement strategies.
  • • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite and decision-makers at target accounts including Fortune 500 companies and industry-leading consumer brands such as Arc'teryx, NFL, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies tailored to each vertical, leveraging Apply’s unique blend of domain expertise and AI-driven delivery capabilities.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and delivery teams to align client needs with scalable ACx solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding and contract execution.
  • • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation, closing, and post-sale handoff to implementation teams.
  • • Represent Apply Digital at industry conferences, trade shows, and client events to elevate brand visibility and generate qualified leads within target markets.
  • • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in AI and customer experience to position Apply as the thought leader in Agentic CX.
  • • Set and exceed quarterly and annual business development targets with measurable KPIs tied to new logo acquisition, pipeline growth, and contract value.
  • • Mentor and guide a team of business development professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, client-centricity, and results.
  • • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts, ensuring transparency and alignment with executive leadership on pipeline health and revenue projections.
  • • Advocate for client feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and enhance the scalability of Apply’s AI-native ACx platform.
  • • Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and contractual obligations across North American markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of exceeding business development targets in enterprise SaaS, AI, or technology-enabled customer experience solutions
  • • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account leadership within retail, CPG, sports, or media industries
  • • Demonstrated success in selling complex, high-value solutions to C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies
  • • Deep understanding of AI-driven customer experience technologies and their commercial applications
  • • Strong ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams
  • • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with proven ability to close multi-million dollar deals
