- • As Senior Director Campus Support at Hillel Ontario, you will serve as a critical bridge between senior leadership and campus teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and strong execution across nine universities serving over 14,000 Jewish students. This role is pivotal in translating organizational vision into on-the-ground impact by empowering campus professionals to focus on student engagement, leadership development, and community building.
- • Day to day, you will conduct regular in-person campus visits to coach and mentor campus leads, translate strategic priorities into actionable goals, monitor implementation progress, support crisis response, and standardize best practices while respecting local nuances. You will also oversee data tracking, coach teams in building sustainable systems, and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and wellbeing.
