- • As a Senior Director, Clinical Data Management - India, you will lead the establishment and growth of a high-performing Clinical Data Management organization in Hyderabad, shaping global operational vision and strategy for data management across Regeneron’s clinical pipeline.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include building and leading a regional team of 50–150 professionals, defining and supervising functional metrics and KPIs, overseeing laboratory data delivery and external vendor management, identifying operational risks, evaluating resource needs, shaping organization design, hiring top talent, leading cross-functional initiatives for inspection readiness, advancing automation and AI/GenAI use, developing global SOPs and training curricula, and modeling company values through collaboration and innovation.
- • You will be part of the Clinical Data Management Leadership Team, partnering closely with Central Services, Clinical Data Operations, External Data Acquisition and Delivery teams, internal collaborators, and external vendors to ensure data management activities are delivered with quality, compliance, and operational efficiency from study start-up through archival across key development programs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in global clinical data management leadership, drive transformation through modernization and automation, build and mentor high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders across functions, and contribute to Regeneron’s mission of developing life-changing medicines by enabling faster, more reliable clinical insights through scalable, compliant data processes.
