- • Lead therapeutic area-specific clinical and digital endpoint and outcomes strategy across enterprise customers, shaping how digital measures and evidence generation are integrated into clinical programs.
- • Advise pharmaceutical sponsors, CROs, and healthcare stakeholders on the selection, deployment, and optimization of clinical endpoints and digital outcomes to enhance trial efficiency and data credibility.
- • Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital biomarkers, real-world data, sensor technologies, and endpoint validation methodologies, translating insights into actionable customer guidance and strategic frameworks.
- • Own the development and maintenance of therapeutic area frameworks, including reusable one-pagers, narratives, and playbooks that articulate TA-specific gaps, opportunities, and platform-aligned solutions.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Medical, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure TA strategies are reflected in platform evolution, messaging, and customer value propositions.
- • Establish and maintain external advisory relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and clinical strategists to ensure framework credibility and alignment with industry evolution.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, guiding enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives and long-term clinical strategy rather than transactional study-level engagements.
- • Drive account growth by aligning Medable’s platform capabilities with customer portfolio needs, influencing clinical and digital outcomes planning at the enterprise level.
- • Influence enterprise GTM strategy and product roadmap prioritization without direct authority, leveraging deep clinical expertise and relationship-based credibility to drive alignment.
- • Ensure the quality, rigor, and impact of all clinical and digital outcomes strategy delivered to customers, maintaining high standards of scientific and commercial relevance.
- • Contribute to market presence initiatives that reinforce therapeutic area narratives and support demand creation through conferences, publications, or strategic partnerships.
- • Operate effectively in matrixed organizational structures, balancing multiple stakeholder priorities while maintaining clarity of strategic intent and execution.
- • Translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling value narratives for diverse audiences including non-clinical executives, regulatory bodies, and digital health innovators.
- • Maintain commercial awareness to support account expansion and enterprise positioning, connecting clinical strategy to business outcomes and revenue growth.
- • Travel as required to support customer engagements, industry events, and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
