- • Senior Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing responsible for owning the end-to-end lifecycle strategy for consumer audiences, driving engagement, conversion, and long-term value for families served by A Place for Mom.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app), defining and tracking KPIs (engagement, conversion, churn, NPS, LTV), leading A/B testing, managing a team of lifecycle marketers, and collaborating with Product, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing teams to influence roadmap and embed AI-driven personalization.
- • A Place for Mom is the leading platform guiding families through the aging journey, connecting caregivers to vetted senior living providers, with a mission-driven culture focused on improving lives through empathy, integrity, and innovation.
- • In this role, the individual will develop strategic leadership skills in lifecycle marketing, gain expertise in data-driven personalization and segmentation, influence cross-functional product and technology roadmaps, and drive measurable impact on customer lifetime value and brand loyalty at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- • Proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programs that drive measurable business outcomes
- • Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or similar) and CRM tools
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and actionable insights
- • Experience working with segmentation, personalization, and predictive modeling in a consumer-facing business
- • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence without authority across Product, Engineering, and Data teams
- • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
- • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
