📋 Description

• Lead senior client conversations with C-suite executives, transformation leaders, technology leaders, and private equity sponsors on AI-driven value creation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on AI engagements, building trusted advisory relationships and establishing credibility as a subject-matter expert in applied AI.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-focused language that articulates impact on revenue, cost, productivity, decision speed, and risk reduction.
• Identify and prioritize practical AI use cases across finance, reporting, operations, sales, marketing, and management decision-making workflows.
• Assess AI opportunities by quantifying commercial and operational value, effort, risk, and time to benefit to guide investment and prioritization decisions.
• Guide clients in distinguishing between AI hype and actionable, high-impact applications tailored to their business context.
• Design AI solutions that reduce manual effort, improve insight generation, enhance decision quality, or automate workflows using structured and unstructured data.
• Recommend AI solutions in order of preference: first leveraging existing client technology stacks, then off-the-shelf or point solutions, and only custom-building when necessary.
• Design, lead, and oversee AI proof-of-concepts, prototypes, demos, and reusable accelerators with clear success criteria and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to transition AI ideas from experimentation into scalable, production-ready solutions.
• Own the quality of AI deliverables, reviewing outputs before they are presented to clients, sponsors, or Managing Directors.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and delivery approaches, identifying and mitigating risks and blockers early in the delivery cycle.
• Lead distributed technical teams across the UK, US, and Hyderabad, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-performance delivery.
• Provide hands-on input to solution design and POC development when required, maintaining technical credibility and operational relevance.
• Advise on AI architecture across enterprise platforms including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI.
• Ensure AI solutions are built on robust data foundations, including structured/unstructured data, semantic layers, vector search, permissions, governance, and data lineage.
• Apply knowledge of safe and scalable AI delivery practices including identity and access controls, environment management, observability, auditability, LLM access patterns, and responsible AI controls.
• Support business development and origination by contributing to lead generation, proposal development, account planning, pitch preparation, and workshop design.
• Identify follow-on opportunities within existing client accounts and drive cross-sell initiatives across Data, Analytics, Strategic Finance, CFO Tech, and Transformation practices.
• Coach and mentor junior team members on applied AI delivery, client communication, and practical solution design.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, training programs, and the development of reusable AI frameworks, tools, accelerators, and delivery methodologies.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, pace, quality, and responsible AI delivery across global teams.
• Travel regularly across the UK and Europe to engage with clients in relevant jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in applied AI, machine learning, data science, analytics engineering, automation, or AI-enabled transformation
• Strong understanding of generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation, prompt engineering, evaluation, and AI solution design
• Experience designing or delivering AI proof-of-concepts, prototypes, demos, or production solutions
• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms including Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, Snowflake Cortex, Databricks, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI
• Understanding of data foundations required for AI, including structured/unstructured data, semantic layers, vector search, permissions, and governance
• Knowledge of safe and scalable AI delivery practices including identity, access, environments, observability, auditability, and responsible AI controls
