- • Senior Director, Deal Strategy & Operations at Zip, leading the deal desk and order management function within the Quote-to-Cash motion to reshape enterprise software deal execution with AI-driven efficiency and commercial discipline.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a global deal strategy team, managing the end-to-end deal lifecycle from quote to booking, partnering with Billing and Revenue Recognition for accurate invoicing, establishing discounting and approval frameworks, and driving AI-enabled workflows to improve seller productivity and deal quality.
- • Zip is an AI-powered enterprise procurement platform trusted by industry leaders like T-Mobile, OpenAI, and AMD, backed by top investors including Tiger Global and Y Combinator, with a mission to orchestrate procurement across teams, tools, and suppliers using AI agents to accelerate innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk within the SaaS space
- • Proven experience leading and scaling high-performing teams
- • Deep expertise in SaaS deal structuring, pricing strategy, discount governance, approval frameworks, and complex commercial negotiations
- • Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, including revenue recognition implications
- • Deep familiarity with CPQ (DealHub experience preferred) and CRM (SFDC)
- • Strong communication skills with a collaborative, service-oriented mindset and ability to influence across Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Systems Ops
