📋 Description

• Senior Director of Engineering leading internal AI deployment and agentic business systems to enable AI at scale across the company
• Build platform infrastructure for safe AI workflows, ship high-leverage agentic workflows across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations, enable business users to build their own workflows, lead cross-functional team of engineers, PMs, and embedded business users, partner with functional leaders to measure business impact, own outcomes like adoption and time saved, champion responsible AI adoption
• Wrapbook is a vertical fintech platform for the entertainment industry processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounting for film, TV, and commercial productions, backed by $30M+ from Andreessen Horowitz and others, building AI as infrastructure to operate at 5x output
• Opportunity to define AI adoption strategy, build secure and scalable agentic systems, drive measurable business impact across functions, work directly with CEO, shape culture of shipping and learning, solve unsolved problems in agent persistence, identity, memory, and safety

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading cross-functional teams — ideally a mix of engineering, product, and non-technical contributors
• Strong product instincts: ability to sit with business stakeholders (e.g., salesperson, accountant), understand their work, and find leverage points
• Technical and hands-on: track record of building and shipping software, with leadership chops to earn engineering team's respect
• Already building agents: proven experience deploying agentic systems with earned opinions on what works
• Bias toward action: preference for shipping rough workflows quickly and improving over perfect specing
• Excellent communication: ability to translate between business stakeholders and engineers
