📋 Description
- • Senior Director, Enterprise Account Management – Automotive is a senior post‑sale growth leader responsible for retaining, expanding, and scaling existing strategic automotive accounts at Concentrix, a global technology and services leader partnering with world‑recognized brands to drive business outcomes at scale.
- • Day to day, the role involves owning end‑to‑end commercial accountability for defined enterprise automotive accounts, developing and executing multi‑year strategic account plans focused on whitespace expansion, cross‑LOB penetration, and revenue growth, leading solution expansion discussions across Digital, Data & Analytics, AI, Marketing Services, Trust & Safety, and Revenue Growth, building trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior functional leaders, establishing executive and operational governance frameworks, and owning account‑level financial performance including revenue growth, expansion bookings, and gross margin.
- • Concentrix combines deep industry expertise with digital, analytics, AI, and operational capabilities to help clients simplify complexity and accelerate value, operating as a global leader in technology and services with a focus on integrated, outcome‑based solutions beyond the CX tower.
- • In this role, the person can learn to drive multi‑LOB growth in complex enterprise accounts, master executive engagement across C‑suite functions, shape integrated solution proposals aligned to client transformation initiatives, and deliver measurable expansion results while building long‑term strategic partnerships that increase wallet share and client lifetime value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- • 8–10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, client growth, or strategic account leadership
- • Proven success in farming complex enterprise accounts with measurable expansion results
- • Experience expanding accounts across multiple service lines / solution towers
- • Strong executive‑level communication and financial acumen
- • Proficiency with CRM and account planning tools (e.g., Salesforce)
