- • We are seeking a highly impactful and results-oriented Senior Director of Field & Partner Marketing for the EMEA/LATAM region. This executive leadership position will oversee all facets of marketing within this critical geography, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). You will serve as a key strategic partner to the EMEA & LATAM Sales leadership teams, tasked with the development and meticulous execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to accelerate pipeline, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence across the region. The core mission of this role is to define the regional growth strategy, champion pipeline acceleration and revenue expansion, and ensure that marketing functions as a primary engine for enterprise growth throughout EMEA and LATAM.
- • This position demands a seasoned leader with profound expertise in enterprise B2B marketing and a demonstrated history of successfully influencing complex, top-down buying cycles. Your responsibilities will encompass defining and owning the overarching regional marketing strategy, ensuring seamless alignment of all marketing initiatives with regional business objectives and the global enterprise sales motion. You will be directly accountable for regional revenue influence and pipeline targets, including overall pipeline generation, marketing-sourced pipeline, and contribution to closed-won revenue. A strong emphasis will be placed on leveraging data and analytics to continuously optimize performance and maximize return on investment.
- • As the senior marketing executive representing Camunda in the region, you will act as a strategic advisor to regional Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership. This includes influencing investment priorities, shaping territory strategies, and defining the focus for enterprise account engagement. You will orchestrate and execute sophisticated, multi-channel demand generation programs and scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, specifically targeting C-suite and VP-level personas within our key enterprise accounts.
- • A critical aspect of this role involves understanding how to effectively leverage centralized marketing functions, such as Product Marketing (PMM) and Demand Generation (DG), while simultaneously identifying opportunities to build and deliver localized marketing initiatives. The overarching goal is to optimize marketing impact for the region at scale.
- • You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing regional marketing team. This includes fostering leadership bench strength and developing succession capabilities across sub-regions. Furthermore, you will own the regional marketing investment strategy and budget, ensuring disciplined allocation aligned with growth priorities and demonstrable revenue impact.
- • Collaboration with the partner team is essential to integrate channel marketing initiatives seamlessly into the regional strategy, thereby accelerating market reach. You will lead the execution of recruiting and activating the partner ecosystem, gaining a deep understanding of various partner types and GTM models, and effectively managing programs such as Marketing Development Funds (MDF) or other incentivized initiatives with partners.
- • The role also involves leading the execution of field events, ranging from intimate executive roundtables to large-scale events with over 1000 attendees, as well as managing the execution of trade shows of all sizes, from hundreds to tens of thousands of participants. You will spearhead the design and implementation of scaled customer marketing programs to recruit and nurture customer advocates, and to capture and disseminate compelling success stories categorized by vertical and use case.
- • Close collaboration with the sales organization is required to ensure the quality of opportunities generated by the regional Account Development Representative (ADR) team. Finally, you will partner with Sales and Finance to develop comprehensive annual and multi-year regional growth plans, encompassing territory prioritization, segment strategy, and resource allocation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive B2B enterprise software regional field marketing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Director-level role managing a regional P&L or budget.
- • Proven experience managing diverse marketing functions (field, partner, events, customer advocacy) simultaneously within a single P&L/region.
- • Deep understanding and demonstrated success in marketing B2B enterprise software/SaaS with an average deal size exceeding $100K and complex, top-down sales cycles.
- • Strong track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing regional marketing teams.
- • Highly analytical and data-fluent, comfortable using metrics from platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot dashboards to drive decisions, allocate resources, and report outcomes to the C-suite.
- • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite and cross-functional leaders globally.
