• • The Senior Director of Financial Systems at Revlon serves as the finance product owner and strategic partner, responsible for defining finance business processes, system requirements, data usage, and reporting needs to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.
• • Day to day, the role involves developing long-term financial systems strategy, partnering with Technical Product Owner and Technology teams to translate finance requirements into executable solutions, overseeing functional roadmap planning and enhancements, establishing KPIs and dashboards for system performance, leading and developing the Financial Systems team, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement in data quality, reporting usability, and operational effectiveness.
