- • As Senior Director, Global Marketing at Duetto Research, Inc., you will own the strategy and execution across field marketing, events, partner marketing, and customer marketing—four functions that collectively carry significant pipeline and revenue targets. You will report to the CMO and sit on the marketing leadership team, contributing to strategy, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment while leading a globally distributed team.
- • Day to day, you will drive pipeline and ARR through partner and customer marketing programs, lead regional marketing across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, manage the global events program with commercial accountability, build partner go-to-market plans, own customer advocacy and retention initiatives, and champion AI-first ways of working to scale output without proportional headcount growth.
- • Duetto is a VC or private equity-backed SaaS company in the hospitality tech space, evolving its marketing model to move faster, operate smarter, and deliver results that outpace its size. You will work as a peer to sales, customer success, product, and finance leaders, engaging directly with the executive team on business-critical deliverables.
- • In this role, you will build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team, drive measurable impact on pipeline, ARR, retention, and expansion, establish clear attribution and reporting standards, and become an active, valued voice on the marketing leadership team while embedding AI-enabled workflows to achieve outsized results.
