- • As a key member of our UK-based new business team, you will report to the Head of Strategy and Transformation. Your primary focus will be to guide and support high-impact new business pitches and significant organic growth opportunities. This involves ensuring our responses are strategically sound, creatively differentiated, and perfectly aligned with Real Chemistry's core strengths and client needs.
- • You will be a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on leader, adept at managing the entire pitch process from initial RFI/RFP stages through to the final presentation. This includes developing strategic frameworks and compelling pitch narratives that resonate with client objectives and highlight our agency's capabilities.
- • A core responsibility is to foster seamless collaboration across various departments and capabilities within the agency. You will ensure that our pitch strategies are integrated, cohesive, and present a unified, differentiated point of view that sets us apart from competitors.
- • Effective project management is crucial. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating deliverables, and overseeing workflows across multiple workstreams, ensuring that all aspects of the pitch process are executed efficiently and effectively.
- • Maintaining clear and consistent communication with senior stakeholders is paramount. You will be expected to provide regular updates on progress, proactively identify potential risks, and articulate resource needs to ensure the smooth progression of new business efforts.
- • You will play a significant role in the development of all pitch materials. This includes crafting persuasive proposals, designing impactful decks, producing engaging videos, and preparing polished presentations that articulate our value proposition with clarity and confidence.
- • Post-pitch, your involvement will extend to participating in debrief sessions. These sessions are vital for capturing key learnings, identifying areas for improvement, and refining our processes to enhance future pitch success rates.
- • You will contribute to the tracking and analysis of win rates, performance trends, and pitch learnings, providing valuable insights to inform future business development strategies.
- • Identifying and leveraging relevant case studies is essential for showcasing our past successes and capabilities. You will ensure that our credentials and supporting materials are always up-to-date and readily available for new business pursuits.
- • In collaboration with the marketing team, you will support award submissions related to new business, further amplifying our agency's achievements and market recognition.
- • To ensure our pitches are informed and strategic, you will conduct thorough research on potential clients, competitors, market dynamics, and emerging sector trends. This research will form the foundation for effective pitch planning and strategy development.

🎯 Requirements
- • 7–10 years of experience in an advertising, communications, or integrated marketing agency environment, with a strong preference for experience within the healthcare sector.
- • Proven track record of leading or significantly supporting successful new business pitches in a fast-paced agency setting.
- • Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and engaging narratives.
- • Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles, digital channels, and the UK/European healthcare landscape.
- • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and disciplines.
- • Highly organized, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
