- • As Senior Director of Marketing at Delinea, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for the developer and DevOps security segment, a high-growth area focused on just-in-time runtime authorization for cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and AI agents. This role is critical to positioning Delinea’s Identity Security Platform as the essential solution for securing machine and human identities in modern, dynamic environments, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making the world a safer place through intelligent authorization.
- • You will own end-to-end marketing execution for this segment, including defining technical messaging that resonates with platform engineers, DevSecOps teams, and infrastructure leaders; building integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, ABM, and outbound channels; enabling both a dedicated sales team and Delinea’s broader sales force with playbooks, competitive tools, and training; and driving cross-sell motions between the developer-focused segment and Delinea’s core PAM offerings to expand customer lifetime value.
- • You will lead and develop a high-performing team of 4–5 marketers, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making while aligning with central marketing functions (demand gen, content, product marketing, brand) to leverage shared resources and maintain segment-specific agility and impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading marketing teams and driving go-to-market strategy for technical or developer-focused products, preferably in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or cloud security domains.
- • Demonstrated success in building and executing integrated demand generation programs (digital, ABM, outbound) that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- • Strong ability to craft compelling, persona-based messaging for technical audiences such as platform engineers, DevOps, and security teams, translating product features into outcome-driven narratives.
- • Experience enabling sales teams through playbooks, competitive tools, training, and campaign execution, with a track record of aligning marketing and sales for maximum impact.
- • Background in product marketing or close partnership with product teams, with familiarity in identity security, PAM, JIT access, or related markets being a plus.
- • Proven leadership skills in managing and developing small, high-performance marketing teams, including goal-setting, budget management, and fostering a data-driven, experimental culture.
