- • As the Senior Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations at AuditBoard, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the company's marketing vision, serving as a critical strategic partner to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and the broader marketing leadership team.
- • This pivotal role involves leading and nurturing a high-performing Marketing Operations team, ensuring operational excellence across all marketing functions, and driving the flawless execution of our ambitious marketing strategy.
- • You will be responsible for optimizing team performance, refining processes, and implementing best practices to support AuditBoard's rapid growth and market leadership in the audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec platform space.
- • Your strategic advisory capacity will extend to guiding the CMO on key marketing initiatives, providing data-driven insights, and facilitating executive-level decision-making.
- • You will spearhead cross-functional projects, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and seamless customer journeys.
- • A significant part of your role will be to drive strategic planning sessions, including quarterly business reviews, campaign retrospectives, and the development of robust Board reporting, ensuring transparency and alignment at the highest levels.

- • You will lead the charge in optimizing marketing automation workflows and refining our lead management processes to ensure a smooth and productive flow from prospect to customer.
- • Your Program Management and Special Projects responsibilities will include managing high-impact initiatives such as new product launches, defining event strategies, and supporting market expansion efforts.
- • You will coordinate complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns from their initial planning stages through to successful execution, ensuring all elements are aligned and impactful.
- • You will lead critical marketing transformation projects, focusing on process enhancements, program improvements, or the successful implementation of new marketing technologies.

- • Supporting marketing leadership development and optimizing overall team performance will be a key focus.

- • For Analytics & Performance Management, you will own the marketing reporting infrastructure and the development of executive dashboards, working closely with the enterprise data team.
