- ⢠As Senior Director, Medical Affairs, EU West, you will lead the establishment and execution of BridgeBioās Medical Affairs strategy across Western Europe, ensuring alignment with global objectives while driving regional impact in rare disease and genetically defined cancer therapies.
- ⢠Day to day, you will develop and oversee the regional medical affairs plan, build and lead a high-performing team, engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and patient groups, drive pre-launch readiness, generate medical insights through advisory boards and scientific exchanges, and support market access initiatives as a key stakeholder.
- ⢠BridgeBio Pharma is a global biopharmaceutical company pioneering a āmoneyball for biotechā model to accelerate transformative medicines for genetic diseases, with headquarters in San Francisco and Zug, and a growing European presence since 2021, fostering a culture of urgency, purpose, and scientific innovation.
- ⢠In this role, you will deepen your leadership in rare disease medical affairs, shape regional strategy with global influence, develop talent, and make a measurable contribution to launching life-changing therapies in underserved disease areas.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠MD, PharmD, or PhD is required
- ⢠Minimum 7-9 years of experience within Biotech/Pharma in Medical Affairs roles of increasing responsibilities
- ⢠Pre-and post-product launch experience in complex situations, rare diseases and orphan conditions in the respective national markets
- ⢠Fluent in written and verbal French and English
- ⢠A minimum of 2-3 years of people management experience
- ⢠Regular travel (25-50%) is required to build KOL relationships and represent the company at medical conferences, presentations, and other meetings
