- • In this capacity, you will be instrumental in driving the multi-year roadmap that is meticulously crafted to optimize Aledade’s growth and enhance performance within the Medicare Advantage landscape. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our cross-functional teams are not only strategizing effectively but also executing with precision, iterating based on data-driven insights, and consistently producing valuable learnings and outcomes against clearly defined quarterly milestones.
- • You will oversee and orchestrate complex initiatives that span across various departments, including product development, operations, clinical strategy, sales, and analytics. Your ability to connect these disparate elements into a cohesive and high-performing unit will be paramount to our success.
- • A key aspect of this role involves deep engagement with our Medicare Advantage product and strategy teams. You will be responsible for translating high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensuring their seamless implementation across the organization. 🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong track record of successfully driving complex, multi-year strategic initiatives, preferably within the healthcare or managed care sectors.
- • Deep understanding of the Medicare Advantage program, including its regulatory framework, payment methodologies (e.g., HCC coding, risk adjustment), and market dynamics.
- • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building, mentoring, and motivating high-performing teams.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Master's degree (MBA, MHA) is a plus.
