• • As the first Senior Director of Business Systems at CodeRabbit, you will own and build the entire go-to-market tech stack from the ground up, creating a unified, AI-native infrastructure that connects Salesforce, Gong, billing, enrichment tools, and AI platforms into a single source of truth for revenue teams.
• • You will define architecture, manage vendors, drive roadmap execution, establish Salesforce as the system of record, design scalable GTM workflows, own the GTM data layer, build and maintain integrations, embed AI into daily workflows for lead research and personalization, and simplify the stack over time by reducing tool sprawl and building internal leverage.
• • CodeRabbit is an innovative R&D company focused on building human-machine collaboration systems, specifically next-generation Gen AI-driven code reviewers that outperform individual engineers by combining language models with human ingenuity to revolutionize software development efficiency and quality.
• • In this role, you will have the mandate to build an AI-native enterprise systems function from scratch, lead and grow a team, shape the company’s GTM infrastructure at scale, and gain deep expertise in integrating AI into revenue operations while working at the forefront of category-defining AI technology.
