- • You will spearhead the structuring and execution of critical financing transactions, including securitizations, warehouse facilities, and innovative new financing arrangements, requiring a deep understanding of market dynamics and risk management.
- • Your expertise will be crucial in reviewing, understanding, and negotiating complex legal documents associated with all credit agreements, safeguarding the company's financial interests.
- • This role demands proactive research into capital markets transactions and performance of competitor entities, providing valuable insights to inform our strategic capital allocation and funding strategies.
- • You will be the primary point of contact for managing and nurturing key external relationships with commercial bankers, institutional investors, rating agencies, custodians, and back-up servicers, fostering strong partnerships that are vital for our funding operations.
- • Oversight of lender, investor, and SEC reporting (where applicable to funding) will be a core duty, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.
- • You will meticulously manage covenant compliance across all debt agreements, proactively identifying and mitigating any potential risks.
- • A critical function involves building and maintaining sophisticated liquidity, borrowing base, and funding capacity analyses, providing the data-driven foundation for strategic growth initiatives and capital planning.
- • You will own the interest expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, actively leading initiatives aimed at optimizing our cost of funds and improving overall financial efficiency.
- • Preparation of executive-level materials, including board meeting presentations, investor updates, and insightful management reports, will be essential to communicate financial performance and strategic direction to key stakeholders.
- • This role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Finance, Accounting, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Servicing, ensuring alignment and seamless integration of funding strategies with business operations.
- • You will work closely with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of policies and processes and their direct impact on the business's funding requirements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in capital markets or treasury, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- • Proven experience in securitization, capital markets transactions, and managing monthly servicer reporting.
- • Strong proficiency in AI, financial modeling, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a high-performance culture.
