- • Palette Media LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Distribution to lead the strategy and execution of how brands break through in a fragmented social landscape, owning the full content distribution ecosystem from UGC pipelines to paid media and emerging channels like clipping networks and meme ecosystems, ensuring campaigns are optimized for reach, efficiency, and measurable impact across platforms.
- • This role is critical to Palette’s mission of enabling organizations to reach the 42% of Americans under 40 who are no longer accessible through traditional marketing channels, by leveraging a roster of 200+ creators with 500M+ followers and 4.7B monthly impressions to drive culturally resonant, high-performing creator activations.
- • Develop and execute social media amplification strategies aligned with client goals, optimizing for cost-efficiency, performance, and measurable outcomes across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging short-form ecosystems.
- • Own end-to-end creator marketing activations—from sourcing and contracting creators to managing timelines, deliverables, and performance tracking—ensuring campaigns meet KPIs without requiring constant direction, while proactively identifying risks and next steps.
- • Oversee UGC content pipelines, paid media amplification, clipping networks, meme ecosystems, and other innovative distribution tactics, continuously testing, scaling, and optimizing for visibility and impact while maintaining brand safety and authenticity.
- • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team responsible for creator sourcing, activation management, and partner relationships, setting clear accountability, removing blockers, and refining processes to drive ownership and follow-through across all workstreams.
- • Build and maintain strategic relationships with creators, talent agencies, management companies, and platform partners to stay ahead of creator culture trends and secure early access to emerging opportunities.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, client services, strategy, and data teams to align distribution tactics with broader campaign goals and ensure seamless integration into client-facing initiatives.
- • Partner with senior leadership to identify and shape new service offerings and go-to-market strategies, contributing to RFP responses, pitches, and new business development efforts that expand Palette’s market position.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in creator marketing, social media strategy, or influencer partnerships with a proven track record of building and scaling programs across multiple platforms.
- • Strong leadership experience managing and growing cross-functional teams, with demonstrated ability to partner with senior leadership, influence strategy, and drive executive-level alignment.
- • Established relationships within the creator economy (individual creators, management agencies, talent companies) and deep understanding of UGC, paid media, short-form content, meme pages, and social distribution best practices.
- • Highly analytical with experience using data to evaluate performance, allocate budgets, and inform rapid optimization decisions, including managing large-scale budgets focused on efficiency and ROI.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, combined with proactive follow-through, risk anticipation, and a test-and-learn mindset in fast-paced, evolving environments.
