- • Senior Director of Marketing responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution to support Clear Capital’s mission of attaching a floor plan to every property listing worldwide.
- • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with long-term business goals while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence.
- • Partner with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and engineering to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- • Oversee marketing budget allocation, performance tracking, and ROI analysis to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- • Drive data-informed decision making by leveraging analytics to refine messaging, targeting, and channel strategy.
- • Represent the company in external communications, industry events, and thought leadership opportunities.
- • Champion a customer-centric approach to marketing that supports Clear Capital’s growth in real estate technology.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles, preferably in technology, real estate, or SaaS industries.
- • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to guide marketing decisions and optimize performance.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- • Experience managing and mentoring marketing teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
