- • Lead and manage a team responsible for the strategic planning, development, and ultimate success of multiple Cloud-native SaaS products and their associated artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML) capabilities within the EverPro division.
- • Define and execute product strategies for digital products specifically tailored for the home services and healthcare sectors, encompassing comprehensive market analysis, go-to-market (GTM) planning, and sophisticated pricing modeling.
- • Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced pricing strategies, including but not limited to usage-based, tiered, and AI-driven dynamic pricing models, to optimize revenue and customer value.
- • Oversee the entire product lifecycle for new (0-1) SaaS products and brands, from initial concept through to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, managing initiatives for a business unit valued at over $40 million.
- • Drive Product-led Growth (PLG) initiatives and strategies, fostering user adoption and expansion within the home services and healthcare domains through product-centric approaches.
- • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design, build, and scale robust cloud-based, multi-tenant SaaS applications, leveraging expertise across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- • Guide the development of API-first products and facilitate seamless integration with critical enterprise systems like CRM, ERP, and FSM, utilizing REST APIs and advanced API integrator platforms.
- • Lead the productization of sophisticated AI/ML models, including those focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and predictive analytics, to embed intelligent features into products.
- • Integrate AI-driven workflow automation and personalization strategies into product development pipelines, leveraging the power of large language models (LLMs) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- • Establish and refine data-driven experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing methodologies and competitive analysis, to continuously improve product performance and market fit.
- • Partner with business leaders to define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that support effective governance and leverage data insights derived from R/SQL/Python analysis to inform product strategy and metrics.
- • Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics such as Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and churn rates to track and enhance monetization efficiency.
- • Provide strategic guidance on API and microservices governance, ensuring the development of scalable SaaS architectures that adhere to software development best practices in Python, C#, and SQL.
- • Implement robust technical governance models and champion software product security and performance optimization initiatives to ensure high-quality, secure, and performant product offerings.
- • Engage proactively with enterprise clients, strategic partners, and relevant regulatory organizations to ensure product development aligns with evolving industry standards, compliance requirements, and critical customer needs.
- • Define clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and KPIs to rigorously measure product success, technical excellence, and overall business impact, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- • This role is fully remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the US.
