- • You will be instrumental in nurturing and scaling key Babylist LTV programs, such as the rapidly growing Babylist Health vertical, ensuring their success and integration within the broader Babylist ecosystem. This requires a deep understanding of both 0-1 product development and scaling established products to significant maturity.
- • This position is inherently cross-functional, demanding daily collaboration with leaders in Marketing and Commercial departments. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our product roadmap and technological investments are perfectly aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities, driving sustainable growth.
- • As a key leader within the Consumer Product organization, you will report directly to the VP of Consumer Product. You will also provide essential leadership support to the VP, contributing to the overall strategic direction and operational excellence of the Product Management function.

Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through complex challenges and empowering them to achieve ambitious goals.
- • A core responsibility will be to define and champion product strategies for intricate business areas. This involves translating complex business requirements into actionable product plans and overseeing their cross-functional execution from conception through launch and iteration.

- • The ideal candidate will possess a 'think big, act small' mentality, with a proven ability to conceptualize and launch new initiatives from scratch (0-1) while also managing and optimizing products at scale.
- • You will play a significant role in shaping the broader Product Management function within Babylist, acting as a key people leader and contributing to the development of best practices and strategic initiatives.
- • A strong commitment to a data-driven approach is essential. You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative data, including customer research and A/B testing, to deeply understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and validate product decisions.
- • You will thrive in an environment of ambiguity, proactively identifying, advocating for, and executing on new opportunities even in the absence of a clear mandate, demonstrating initiative and strategic foresight.
- • Ruthless prioritization will be a key skill, ensuring that the team focuses on the most impactful initiatives that align with company objectives, while maintaining the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- • Operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-change environment is crucial, requiring resilience, agility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- • You will be a key partner in driving Babylist's overall company strategy forward, acting as a catalyst for marketing-driven growth and the expansion of vital Babylist programs.
- • You will partner across large segments of the Babylist ecosystem to uncover and generate value for both customers and business partners, fostering a holistic approach to product development.
- • You will lead your team with a clear, intentional focus, making tough decisions that create clarity and drive impactful results.
- • Your ability to think strategically and execute tactically will be vital, bringing new ideas from inception to maturity and managing products effectively at scale.
- • You will be a strong advocate for a data-informed approach to enhancing the customer experience, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain deep insights into customer needs and behaviors.
- • This role requires travel approximately 4 times per year for company and departmental gatherings, as well as additional team collaboration sessions, to foster strong relationships and strategic alignment.
🎯 Requirements

- • Experience nurturing and growing businesses from 0-1 to scale, including partnering with GMs to grow LTV programs like Babylist Health.
- • Demonstrated ability to lead with a people-first, results-oriented leadership style that builds trust and drives outcomes.
- • Proficiency in leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to solve challenging customer problems, including experience running consumer-facing A/B tests.
- • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, identify opportunities, and execute on new initiatives with limited direction.
- • Exceptional prioritization skills and adaptability to pivot focus areas as needed.
