- • As Senior Director of Product Management for Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) at Saviynt, you will lead the vision and execution of a critical product line that secures human, non-human, and AI identities across enterprise environments, directly contributing to the company’s mission of safeguarding digital assets and enabling secure AI adoption.
- • You will translate corporate strategy into actionable product roadmaps, drive product excellence through rigorous quality and UX standards, advocate for strategic customers to shape prioritization, monitor competitive landscapes, align cross-functional teams including Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, oversee GTM readiness for launches, enforce product management best practices, mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, and cultivate a culture of accountability and data-driven innovation.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- • 12-15 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software products
- • Deep expertise in agile development, product management frameworks, and growth initiatives like A/B testing and experimentation
- • Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices
- • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders
