This Senior Director role is instrumental in scaling our payment solutions specifically for the dynamic restaurant and convenience store industries, demanding a unique blend of strategic product leadership, deep technical acumen in payment technologies, and robust operational oversight.
  • • As the Senior Director of Product, Payments, you will be the driving force behind defining and executing the product vision for our payment platform. This involves a comprehensive understanding of the entire payment lifecycle, from initial transaction processing to merchant onboarding and ongoing operational support. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, translating complex business needs into actionable product roadmaps, and ensuring that our payment solutions not only meet but exceed the evolving demands of our target industries.   • • A key aspect of this role is ensuring operational excellence across our payment ecosystem. You will identify and execute strategic cross-selling opportunities, creating a more unified and powerful value proposition for our customers. This requires a deep understanding of how payments interact with point-of-sale systems, inventory management, loyalty programs, and other critical restaurant and convenience store technologies. Your ability to conceptualize and implement bundled solution strategies will be paramount in maximizing revenue and customer engagement.

You will be responsible for building and leading high-performing product and operations teams, fostering a culture that champions innovation, customer-centricity, and a "Better Together" ethos. 🎯 Requirements

  • • 10+ years in product management and operations, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in payment technologies.
  • • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B payment products, demonstrating measurable business impact.
  • • Deep understanding of core payment processing technologies, including card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), ACH, wire transfers, digital wallets, and emerging payment methods.
  • • Demonstrated success in developing and executing cross-selling strategies within a complex technology ecosystem.
